This session is ideal for beginners who want to build a solid foundation in climbing movement and technique. Through practical exercises you’ll learn how to climb efficiently, improve control, and build confidence. Small class sizes with 1 coach to 6 people.

WHO THIS LEVEL IS FOR
This session is designed for climbers who have completed Bouldering Essentials Level 1, or who already have some basic climbing experience and want to progress with confidence.
You’ll build on foundational movement skills through structured exercises that develop footwork precision, body positioning, balance, and efficient use of holds. The focus is on climbing with greater control and intention – helping you move more smoothly, conserve energy, and tackle a wider range of problems.
Ideal for anyone looking to move beyond the basics and start climbing more technically and confidently in the main gym.
